    What is the online prescription refill service?
    A

    This feature allows you to manage your prescription refills online.

    You can request a prescription refill online anytime because the service is available 24/7. You can also request a specific time for pickup or delivery.

    The online prescription refill service is available to customers of Familiprix pharmacist-owners.

    How can I get a user name and password?
    A

    1. Visit your pharmacy.
    2. Go to the prescription counter.
    3. Ask for your temporary user name and password.

    You will then be able to access the prescription refill section of the website.

    Do I need to have a temporary user name and password to access the online prescription refill service?
    A

    Yes. You will need this personal identification information to activate your health profile. Once it has been activated, you will be able to reset your user name and password. Then you will no longer need the temporary login credentials you got from the pharmacy.

    Can I get my temporary user name and password online?
    A

    No. For security purposes, you must go in to your pharmacy to confirm your identity.

    What should I do if the deadline for activating my temporary user name and password has passed?
    A

    You will have to go back to your pharmacy to get a new temporary user name and password. Then you can access the prescription refill service.

    Can my pharmacist register me?
    A

    No. Unfortunately, for security reasons, your pharmacist can only give you your temporary user name and password, not activate your profile. However, you can always contact your pharmacist for assistance if you have questions.

    What is the difference between my temporary password and my activation password?
    A

    The temporary password was generated by your pharmacist, but you create your activation password.

    Do I have to be a Familiprix customer to use this service on the Website?
    A

    You must have a patient record in one of our Familiprix stores to access the prescription refill service. If you aren’t a Familiprix customer, it’s easy to transfer your record to the store nearest you using the transfer record function on the website.

    Can I refill, modify, or add new prescriptions using the Website ?
    A

    No. Only your pharmacist can refill, add, or modify prescriptions, but you can order prescription refills online.

    What should I do if there’s an error with my refill?
    A

    For refill errors, contact your pharmacist.  Pharmacist contact information is available in the “Find a store” section of the Familiprix website.

    Yes. The service is provided free of charge

    How do I deactivate my access to the online prescription refill service?

    Visit your pharmacy and ask your pharmacist to deactivate your access.

    Yes, the service gives you the option of having your prescriptions delivered to you. You must choose a time slot when you confirm your order. If you have questions about delivery, please call your pharmacist directly.
