Can you get pills for seasonal allergies stronger then the shelf ones without a prescription? Ive been told yes and was wondering if it was true

under prescription there are Reactine that are stronger than OTC pills, but they are still Reactine. Without prescription, there are nasal sprays with cortisone than can help alleviate your symptoms
