I have been using birth control regularly for about 7 months now. I take it at the same time everyday. My period blood is a dark brown-black colour. The last time I had intercourse was about 2 weeks ago. What does this mean?
Alexandra Grenier Pharmacist

Periods can be different when using a contraceptive.  If you take it everyday without forgetting, you are 99% protected.  If you think there is a chance of pregnancy, you can always do a pregnancy test to be sure.  Talk to your pharmacist if you have other questions.

The pharmacist is solely responsible for the answer.
