You have to finish what is in the bottle.  Since you took 2 doses the first day, you will finish November 14 morning.  The maximum lenght of time between 2 doses would be 12 hours so to take it with food if you wake at 7, you should take your last dose at 7PM (ex: 7AM, 1PM and 7PM)

The pharmacist is solely responsible for the answer.
