I take Lexapro 10mg for depression/anxiety for about 3 years now. I was recently prescribed amitriptyline 25mg for bladder issues. The dr knows I take lexapro and said it should be ok since both are small doses. The pharmacist said ok too but I'm still afraid of seratonin syndrome. Would these doses be ok to take together? Thanks

I don't have access to all your medical file, but just for those 2 pills, at these doses, there is no reason to be worried. Your pharmacist is the medication specialist, you can trust him.

The pharmacist is solely responsible for the answer.
