1. The Gillette contest is held by Familiprix Inc. The contest takes place on Familiprix Facebook page from June 7, 2023 to June 13, 2023, at 23h59.

2. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. However, Participants must follow Familiprix Facebook page, like and comment the contest’s Facebook post.

3. To participate, you must have a Facebook account.

4. One entry per person.

Prize

Win one of the five Gillette gift sets worth $100 each. Total prizes worth $500.

Draw

1. A random draw will be held on June 14, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., at 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, in the presence of Familiprix Inc. representatives, from all entries received during the contest period. The odds of being selected for a prize depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.

2. All residents of Québec aged 18 and over can participate in the contest, with the exception of employees (and people living under the same roof) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., its agents and its advertising and promotion agencies.

Claiming the prize

1. One winner will be contacted via Facebook private messaging. If one winner does not respond within a week, another draw will take place.

2. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. To receive the winner’s name, make a request (within six months of the date of the draw) by sending a pre-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage to the following address: Contest Results, 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, QC, G2C 2C5.

3. The decisions of the organization responsible for managing the contest are final and cannot be appealed. All participants agree to follow these rules. By accepting their prize, the winner authorizes Familiprix Inc. to use their name and/or photograph for advertising purposes relating to this contest without remuneration and it releases Familiprix Inc. of all responsibility.
