Le ou la technicien(ne) comptable est en charge de plusieurs activités ainsi que du cycle comptable. Il ou elle participe étroitement à l’établissement des états financiers de synthèse.
Main responsibilities
- Gérer toutes les activités reliées à la paie;
- Compléter le cycle complet de comptabilité
- Assurer une gestion efficace des comptes à payer;
- Effectuer la saisie des transactions courantes dans les différents logiciels comptables;
- Effectuer la conciliation bancaire;
- Préparer les écritures de fin de mois et de fin d’exercice;
- Produire les rapports statutaires (TPS/TVQ/DAS)
- Participe à l’établissement des états financiers;
- Enregistrer et contrôler les comptes-clients et les comptes fournisseurs;
- Effectuer le classement relié à la tâche;
- Effectuer toutes tâches connexes reliées à la fonction.
Requirements
- Posséder 3 à 5 ans années d'expérience pertinente ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Maîtrise du logiciel Acomba serait un atout;

- Souci du détail et minutie;
- Très autonome et facilité d’adaptation;
- Facilité de communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
