Healthy eating for one

One-third of Quebec households are comprised of only one person, and that figure keeps rising. Whether by choice or circumstance, more and more people of all ages are living on their own. Eating healthy when you’re alone can
be more challenging. Food shopping is more complicated—and costlier—because of the smaller amounts required, and cooking can seem more of a hassle when you don’t have someone to share your meal with.

This guide was created to provide a host of simple tips and tricks to improve your eating habits and rekindle your desire to cook.
