Our two mobile applications have been merged to streamline your experience by consolidating all essential features in one place. This allows you to easily access the loyalty program, enjoy its benefits, and review your health record.

You can download the FAMILIPRIX mobile application from the App Store if you have an Apple device or from Google Play for Android devices.

Your login credentials are automatically transferred to the new mobile application. Simply download the new Familiprix application on your phone and log in to your account using the same credentials as usual.

The new application features a completely redesigned interface, along with new features such as badges and scratch cards, providing users with enhanced rewards opportunities. Additionally, multi-factor authentication has been added to ensure a more secure login process for accessing personal data.

Your data is automatically transferred to the new mobile application. Once downloaded, you can access your information by logging in with the same credentials as usual.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Forgot Password' on the login page.
