1. The Bioderma-Familiprix 2022 contest is held by Charlotte Bouvier and Familiprix Inc. 

The contest takes place on Instagram from June 20, 2022 to June 26, 2022 at 23h59.

The random draw will be held on June 27, 2022 at 10h30.

Prize

Win one gift set from Bioderma (value = $100/prize).

Winners : 3 winners (Total prizes = $300).

Draw

1. A random draw will be held on June 27, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., at 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, in the presence of Familiprix Inc. representatives, from all entries received during the contest period. The odds of being selected for a prize depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.

2. All residents of Québec aged 18 and over can participate in the contest, with the exception of employees (and people living under the same roof) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., its agents and its advertising and promotion agencies.

Claiming the prize

1. The winners will be contacted via Instagram private messaging. If one winner does not respond within a week, another draw will take place.

2. Prizes will be shipped to winners within 14 days from the date after receiving the Prize Acceptance Form. This form will be sent by email and must be returned to the attention of Liu-Anne Lemieux-Rousseau at liuannelemieuxrousseau@familiprix.com. The prize will be shipped to the address giving by the winner in the Prize acceptance form.

3. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. To receive the winner’s name, make a request (within six months of the date of the draw) by sending a pre-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage to the following address: Contest Results, 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, QC, G2C 2C5.

4. The decisions of the organization responsible for managing the contest are final and cannot be appealed. All participants agree to follow these rules. By accepting their prize, the winner authorizes Familiprix Inc. to use their name and/or photograph for advertising purposes relating to this contest without remuneration and it releases Familiprix Inc. of all responsibility.
