1. «Produits contre l’eczéma» is held by Familiprix Inc. The Contest will be held on Familiprix’s Instagram page from November 12, 2020 to November 19, 2020 at midnight.

2. No purchase is required to enter the Contest. Participants must comment on the Contest’s Instagram post and follow Familiprix’s Instagram account (Familiprix_officiel).  

3. To enter, a valid Instagram account is required.  

4. One entry per person.

PRIZE

1. Two gift baskets of eczema products valued at $ 150 each. For a total of $ 300

2. A random draw will take place on November 20, 2020, at 9 h 00 a.m. at 6000 Rue Armand-Viau, Québec, in the presence of Familiprix representatives. The draw will be conducted from all the eligible entries during the Contest Period via the Fanpage Karma contest app. The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

3. The Contest is open to resident of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick age 18 and up, except for employees (and persons residing in the same households) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., agents, and their advertising and promotion agencies.

PRIZE CLAIMS

1. The winner will be contacted via private message. If the winner does not respond within one week, a new draw will be carried out.  

2. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Disputes with regard to the conduct or organization of a promotional Contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et jeux du Québec for a ruling. Disputes regarding the awarding of prizes may also be submitted to the Régie, but only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

3. The decisions of the organization in charge of running the Contest are final and binding. All entrants must agree to abide by these rules. By accepting their prize, winner authorizes Familiprix Inc. to use their name or photograph for advertising purposes in connection with this Contest without compensation of any kind, and release Familiprix Inc. from any liability or loss caused by or resulting from the prize in any way whatsoever.
