1. The Familiprix-Jean-François CD contest is held by Familiprix Inc. 

The contest takes place on Facebook from April 26th 2022 to May 2nd 2022, at 23h59.

The random draw will be held on May 3rd 2022

Draw

1. A random draw will be held on May 3rd 2022 at 10:30 a.m., at 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, in the presence of Familiprix Inc. representatives, from all entries received during the contest period. The odds of being selected for a prize depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.

2. All residents of Québec aged 18 and over can participate in the contest, with the exception of employees (and people living under the same roof) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., its agents and its advertising and promotion agencies.

Claiming the prize

1. The winners will be contacted via Instagram private messaging. If one winner does not respond within a week, another draw will take place.

2. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. To receive the winner’s name, make a request (within six months of the date of the draw) by sending a pre-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage to the following address: Contest Results, 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, QC, G2C 2C5.
