CONTEST RULES 

1. The contest, which has been organized in collaboration with Ma Zone Fit, is officially held by Familiprix Inc. The Contest will take place on Familiprix’s Facebook page from April 27 to 30, 2020. It ends on April 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
2. No purchase is required to enter the Contest. The Contest is open exclusively for members of Familiprix’s loyalty program, Familiplus.
3. To enter the Contest, participants must fill out the entry form for the draw, add the number found on their Familiplus membership cards and the clue* .
   
   * The clue can be found in the Josée Lavigeur / Ma Zone Fit training video, which will be broadcasted on Familiprix’s Facebook page starting on April 27 at noon. A rebroadcast of the video will be available. Participants must watch the video and jot down the clue given by the video’s host, José Lavigeur.
4. To enter, a valid Facebook account is required.
5. One entry per person.

PRIZE

1. Ten (10) annual subscriptions to Ma Zone Fit, which are valued at $3770 in total.
2. A random draw will take place on May 1, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. at 6000 Rue Armand-Viau, Québec, in the presence of Familiprix representatives. The draw will be conducted from all the eligible entries during the Contest Period via the Paperform app. The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
3. The Contest is open to resident of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick age 18 and up, except for employees (and persons residing in the same households) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., agents, and their advertising and promotion agencies.

PRIZE CLAIMS

1. The winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If the winners does not respond within one week, a new draw will be carried out.
2. The winner must fill out the « Declaration of the winner » form and enter their valid Familiplus card number.
3. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Disputes with regard to the conduct or organization of a promotional Contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et jeux du Québec for a ruling. Disputes regarding the awarding of prizes may also be submitted to the Régie, but only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 
4. The decisions of the organization in charge of running the Contest are final and binding. All entrants must agree to abide by these rules. By accepting their prize, winners authorizes Familiprix Inc. to use their name or photograph for advertising purposes in connection with this Contest without compensation of any kind, and release Familiprix Inc. from any liability or loss caused by or resulting from the prize in any way whatsoever.
