1. The influencer contest, “Win 1 Year of Cosmetics Products at Familiprix” is held by Familiprix Inc. The Contest will be conducted on the influencer’s Instagram page from December 2 to 9, 2020. The Contest will end on December 9 at 11:59 p.m. 

2. To enter, participants must follow both the Instagram pages of both Familiprix (@Familiprix_officiel) and the influencer. They must also Like the post and tag two best friends in the Comments section of the influencer’s contest post. 

3. No purchase is required. 

4. One entry per person.

PRIZE

1. The winner will receive one year of cosmetics from Familiprix, valued at $1000.  

2. A random draw will take place on December 10, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. at 6000 Rue Armand-Viau, Québec, in the presence of Familiprix representatives. The winner will be drawn from all entries received via Familiprix’s Instagram page (@familiprix_Officiel). The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Contest period.

3. The Contest is open to resident of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick age 18 and up, except for employees (and persons residing in the same households) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., agents, and their advertising and promotion agencies.

PRIZE CLAIMS

1. The winner will be contacted by the influencer via Instagram’s private messaging system. If the winner does not respond within one week, a new draw will be held.   

2. The winner must fill out the “Declaration of the winner” form and enter their valid Familiplus card number. 

3. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Disputes with regard to the conduct or organization of a promotional Contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et jeux du Québec for a ruling. Disputes regarding the awarding of prizes may also be submitted to the Régie, but only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

4. The decisions of the organization in charge of running the Contest are final and binding. All entrants must agree to abide by these rules. By accepting their prize, winners authorizes Familiprix Inc. to use their name or photograph for advertising purposes in connection with this Contest without compensation of any kind, and release Familiprix Inc. from any liability or loss caused by or resulting from the prize in any way whatsoever.
