L’infirmier(ère) en pharmacie travaille en collaboration avec le pharmacien et l’équipe en place. Le titulaire du poste supporte l’équipe du laboratoire dans la prestation de services en offrant divers types de soins aux patients.
Main responsibilities
- Dispenser les services infirmiers en pharmacie
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire
- Collaborer avec les pharmaciens et les assistants techniques en pharmacie
- Assurer un suivi avec les patients lorsque nécessaire
- Toutes autres tâches reliées à la fonction
Requirements
- Détenir un permis d’exercice valide
- Membre de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec/l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec
- Avoir suivi les formations en immunisation et en santé-voyage du Protocole d’immunisation du Québec (PIQ)
