Menstrual cramps

Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) can sometimes be very disabling to the point of causing absenteeism from work or school. A pharmacist can make recommendations about what you can try to do in order to reduce the pain associated with menstruation and, if conditions allow, prescribe treatment to help relieve it.
