1- The “Klorane Baby Basket Contest at Familiprix” contest is held by Familiprix Inc. The Contest takes place in stores from March 9 to 22, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. (duration of 2 weeks).

2- To participate, the participant must be a member in good standing of the Familiplus program and must make one eligible transaction (1 Klorane Bébé product) during the draw period at one of the participating Familiprix stores. Only one entry into the draw is given, regardless of the number of transactions made. A transaction is considered eligible if at least one (1) Familiplus point has been accumulated and/or redeemed.

3- To participate in the contest without making an eligible transaction, the participant must do the following:

a- Sign up for the Familiplus Program for free at a participating branch or on the My Familiplus mobile app.

b- Write a legible handwritten letter of at least 50 words explaining why you would like to win, along with your first and last name, full address including postal code, telephone number including area code, email address, age and membership card number. Sign and mail your letter in an envelope with sufficient postage to: “Klorane Baby Basket Contest at Familiprix”, 6000, rue Armand-Viau, Québec, Québec, G2C 2C5 no later than March 22, 2023 at 9 p.m., postmark proof, under penalty of nullity. Following the validation of your letter, you will automatically be entered into the draw. Only one postal registration per member will be accepted.

5- Three random draws will be made on March 23, 2023 at 6000 rue Armand-Viau, Quebec, in the presence of representatives of Familiprix Inc. among all eligible transactions during the contest period. All members who participated in the contest have one chance to be selected for the prize.

6 a- Before being declared a winner, the prize winner will be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the rules and a release from liability releasing the suppliers of prizes, the organization responsible for judging the contest as well as all of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability arising out of the contest or the acceptance or use of a prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date on the notification or the prize may be forfeited.

b- Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules will be disqualified. The prize will only be awarded to the verified winner. Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be permitted. By taking part in the competition, each participant agrees to abide by the official rules and the judges' decisions which are final and binding in all aspects of this contest. The organizer reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, to cancel or modify this contest at any time, without notice or upon notice within major regional newspapers, if any factor compromises the proper conduct of this contest as specified in these rules. No correspondence will be entered into with the participants, with the exception of the winner who will be contacted by mail or telephone. If the winner fails to answer within fifteen days following the date of the draw, the latter will be canceled and a new draw will be made on April 6, 2023 according to the same terms and conditions mentioned above.

7- All Familiplus members living in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick aged 18 and over can enter the contest, with the exception of employees (and people living under the same roof) of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc., agents, advertising and promotion agencies.

8- Each participant releases Familiprix Inc. for any liability or loss arising from, or resulting in any way from the prize, in particular for any problem, breakdown, technical malfunction of a network line, telephone line, online computer system, cash register system , software, server, provider, email, browser, or technical malfunction that may occur, including, but not limited to, a problem with the transmission or non-transmission of a designation email to a winner, regardless of regardless of the cause or a problem routing the phone call.

9- Familiprix Inc. is not responsible for erroneous or inaccurate information on the member registration form, whether caused by users of the website or by the equipment and/or programs associated with or used by the Sponsor. or by a technical or human error that may have occurred during the course of the same, including during the processing of the registration forms.

10- This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. To receive the names of the winners, all you have to do is make a request (within six months of the date of the draw) by sending an envelope with sufficient postage and pre-addressed to the following address: Results of the Competitions, 6000, rue Armand-Viau, Quebec, Quebec, G2C 2C5.

11- The decisions of the organization in charge of managing the contest are final and without appeal. All participants agree to follow these rules. By accepting their prize, the winners authorize Familiprix Inc. to the use of their name or photograph for advertising purposes relating to this contest without compensation and they release Familiprix Inc. for any liability or loss arising out of, or in any way resulting from the prizes.
