1.  Competition

The "Vie de parents x Familiprix Sun Contest" is held by Familiprix Inc. 

The competition takes place at: https://concours-solaire-vie-de-parent-familiprix.paperform.co/ 

from June 8, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. to June 17, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.. The draw will take place on June 19, 2023, at 10:30 am.

2. Participation

No purchase is necessary. 

Only one entry per person.

3. Price

4. Draw

A random draw will be held on June 19, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at 6000, rue Armand-Viau, Québec City, in the presence of Familiprix Inc. representatives, from all entries received during the contest period. The odds of being selected for the prize depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.

All residents of Québec and New Brunswick aged 18 and over are eligible to enter the contest, with the exception of employees and persons living in the same household of Familiprix pharmacies, Familiprix Inc. agents, advertising and promotional agencies.

5. Claiming the prize

Winners will be contacted by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the draw will be repeated.

Before being declared a winner, the prize winner must sign the "Declaration and Release of Liability Form" and correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question: 5 x 2 + 8 - 3 = ?.

The winner must complete the "Declaration and Release of Liability Form" sent by email and return it within 7 days of sending, failing which the prize may be forfeited.

The prize will be shipped to the winner within 14 days of receipt of the "Declaration and Release Form." The time of receipt may vary slightly depending on the delivery carrier's lead time.

6. Exclusion

Entrants who fail to comply with these official rules will be disqualified. The prize will only be awarded to the verified winner. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be permitted. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the official rules and regulations and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. The Organizer reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie in Québec, to cancel or modify this contest at any time, without notice or upon notice in major regional newspapers, should any factor compromise the proper conduct of this contest as specified in these rules. No correspondence will be entered into with entrants, with the exception of the winner, who will be contacted by email. Should the winner fail to respond within 7 days of the draw date, the draw will be cancelled, and a new draw will be held according to the same terms and conditions mentioned above.

Each participant releases Familiprix Inc. from any liability or loss arising from, or in any way resulting from, the prize, notably for any problem, breakdown, technical malfunction of a network line, telephone line, online computer system, cash register system, software, server, supplier, email, browser, or technical malfunction that may occur, including, without limitation, a problem with the transmission or non-transmission of a designation email to a winner, regardless of the cause, or a problem with the routing of the telephone call.

Familiprix Inc. is in no way responsible for erroneous or inaccurate information on participants' registration forms, whether caused by website users or by equipment and/or programs associated with or used by the Sponsor, or by any technical or human error that may have occurred during the course of the contest, including the processing of registration forms.

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 

The decisions of the organization in charge of managing the contest are final and without appeal. All participants agree to abide by these rules. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Familiprix Inc. to use their name or photograph for publicity purposes related to this contest without compensation and releases Familiprix Inc. from any liability.
