What is the Familiplus program?

It’s a rewards program that helps you save by accumulating points on almost all your purchases.

How do I join the Familiplus program?

Option 1

Consult the Familiplus page and create your virtual card using your email address. Download the MyFamiliplus application, complete your profile and show your smartphone when purchasing in-store.

Option 2

Apply for your Familiplus card during your next visit to a store and complete your profile online at or by calling Customer Experience at 1-844-704-8040.

How do I earn points?

Show your card to the cashier when purchasing eligible products.

What products are eligible?

Almost all products are eligible, with the exception of the following products and services: narcotics, lottery, tickets and public transportation cards, calling cards, gift cards, prepaid products and services, stamps and other products and services at the post office counter, shipping and any other product or service prohibited by law. More specifically, in provinces where it is prohibited by law: drugs sold with or without a prescription and products governed by provincial pharmacy laws and related regulations. What do I do if I’ve lost my card?

The next time you visit a branch, ask the cashier to give you a blank card that has never been scanned, then call 1-844-704-8040. The Customer Experience Team will transfer your points to the new card.

What should I do if I forgot to show my card during my last purchase of eligible products? Can I still get my points?

Yes. Get your receipt and call the Customer Experience Team and they will add your points. You can reach them at 1-844-704·8040.
